Default One way question

I have an 03 Raptor and if it dies out when starting cold or like a low idle stall it makes a god awful metal bang noise like something in the motor just slammed and seized up. I am assuming this is part of the oneway bearing problem. Does this mean it is bad or is this just the common sound it makes sometimes shutting off or slow idle die out? Need some input so I know whether or not to take it in I have an extended warranty.

It's normal to get a clunk from the oneway if you stall the engine. The engine will back fire and turn backwards and engage the oneway.
