I finally got my machine after 3 months of waiting. It is absolutely a blast. I had a bunch of positive feedback and information when I first embarked on my research on the Wolverine. I would like to thank all of you who gave me feedback. It helped greatly in making my decision.

I do have 1 question though. After I clean the machine from this weeekends ride, I was going to do some kind of modification. I have some money left over so I thought I would start with something. I am interested to hear what you think the most meaningful mod would be?

Pretty fun, isn't it?

The 1st mod I plan on putting on my 2K wolverine is a pro flow intake with a K&N airfilter & outerwear.

Any 4x4 has got to have good tires.

MDP49,
Do you think your 25" tires take away from the handling of the wolverine?

I was actually considering going with 22" tires on mine. (I don't go through much mud usually)

Yeah...it doesn't ride quite as well and it's a little more tipsy in tight fast turns. But you more than make up for it in the mud and rough stuff. It just depends what your using the bike for.

I've been thinking about swappin the 25x12.5x12 tsl on the back for some 25x9.5x12 vampires to try and shed alittle weight and help get back some power. For me, that has been the worse part of the wolverine, it just ain't got enuff power even whith rejetting and airbox mods, and an cobra pipe. What do you guys think, will swappin the tires help?

I have 25x9.5x12 Swampers all the way around on mine. It's still underpowered. Vampires are quite a bit heavier than Swampers so going from a 12.5 Swamper to a 9.5 Vampire won't save you much weight. A big bore kit sounds like the way to go for the Wolverine...at least to a 400.
