I have a 2004 Wolvey that I'm about to put 25" tires on. I want to keep the stock muffler on due to noise concerns but would like to get a bit more power. I'm considering getting a K&N filter, adding some 1" holes in the air box and possibly re-jetting. Has anyone done this? I know that a pipe would help, but like I said I want to keep it stock quiet. What do you guys think?
Thanks!

you can just get an endcap for your exhaust that'll keep you in epa standards...

Even the end cap will increase the noise so if you only want a little more power to turn the more agressive wheels put on a k&N air filter and jets. This will give you the extra bottem end and will keep the top almost the same.

Thanks! It's the bottom end that I don't want to lose after increasing the tire size.
