I got it to fit. Hey raptorblasterracer, how did you get a 15th to fit? I had a hard time with the 14.

That may be the problem with my 2000 Blaster. I purchased a new 14 tooth front sprocket. But the chain will not fit around the sprocket while it is installed on the quad, it hits the engine case. Almost as if the chain is too wide for the the sprocket while it is installed on the quad.

Cut the chain guard off and just run it with the flywheel cover. Then you can put a 14 on. If you want to go even bigger, drop down in the back instead. It will save you from altering your cover again.

Stock that 14 should slid on tho. I went out and checked mine. Im running 14/38 and havn't changed the flywheel/sprocket cover at all, and it's not hitting the case at all.

I think I may have the wrong size chain. I checked the chain and their is no size labled on it. I had to purchase an additional 2 links when I added the new 14t sprocket and they will not fit on the chain I have. Both the chain and the additional links are from differtent people. By the way it is a new o-ring.

Will another size chain work on the Blaster other than the 520 chain?
