wich one actually give you more power down low without hurting your top end

pipe on a raptor......but i don't know about a wolvy....

A cam is really not going to aid you much if it can not flow any better through the exhaust. The extra flow you gain from the cam will probably be bottlenecked once it gets to a stock exhaust. I say pipe then cam...... Or both at the same time [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
