Try dropping the countershaft (front) sprocket down to 12 teeth and see how you like that.

Default sprocket question

Hey man I had or am having the same problem. I seem to be getting smoked on Olds hill by other Rappy's.Especially off the line.... I have a K&N filter White Bros.R4 exhaust and a jet kit and just now finished putting on a 12 tooth primary and noticed a good bottom end increase.(of course thats up and down my street) Going from 13 to 12 gains you approx 8% more bottom end but 8% less top end.... My problem was that I couldn't get out of second gear on Oldsmobile.... Other guys were in third gear by the end of the woops. Hopefully this will help ya decide. Good luck

the trick to Glamis is run the 12 with that set up you guys have and click into third before the whoops and pin it right after all the way up..
