Check with the dealer you bought it from. It should be under warranty if you bought it new in the last few months. Did they install the pipe and filter? Do you have it jetted? Some won't honor warranty if you mod it in the slightest. I have had mine close to a year now and haven't had to adjust the valves. WIth the full pipe I have always jetted every bike I have owned. Slip ons it never mattered.

When installing a performance header and can (muffler) I would say you should jet it. The header opens the exhaust more which in turn you would need more from the starting end, hence the filter and jets for your air/fuel mix. All in combination seem to even out the distribution of power. Jet kits are not very expensive. I noticed a hesitation in mine when I went to the EHS racing lid and had to go up with my jet size. It runs great now. I have had my raptor since early june of last year. Check your plugs for problems and watch your oil and coolant levels (raptors run HOT).

Also for you Raptor owners. I just recieved a recall on mine for a vibration problem that shakes air bubbles in your brake lines. Check with your dealers.
