Default taking off your pipe!?

Im going to take off my pipe and probably the headers too. Is it much work to get them off? I dont want to break the bolts when I take them out, because theyre abit rusty. What could I use to make them come out easier?
I just want to know how much of a hassle it is to remove the headers!

IF your concerned with the rust...you can try to spray things down with pb blaster...let it soak a while before you try to loosen them.

Im going to take it all off to sand it and paint it....the only one that i cant get off because off the rust is the one that connects the pipe to the headers...

When I take the headers off the engine what should I watch out for?
