Getting back into quads again. Had to sell my Banshee about 2 years ago, such a sad day [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] (stinkin wife)

Anyways, I am looking to get another quad late this year, most likely around winter and prices/deals my be better.
Like I said, I have already owned a Banshee but am having a hard time deciding to get another or the new YFZ450... None of my friends ride quads, they all have dirtbikes and I don't know of anyone that has a 450. I doubt the dealer would let me really open one up on a test ride.

Guess I am asking for opinions here. If you have had a Banshee and a YZF450 which did you enjoy better?
Type of rider I am? 25 years of age, 160lbs, mainly do open trail riding, I'm not much on the jumping scene or anything like that, no huevos. I just love fast trail riding, use to always love gunning into a wide trail corner in 4th-5th gear on the Banshee kicking the back end out. Man I miss those days.

the 450 is better all around besides the price if you can afford it get it if not get the banshee msrp is 5999

 

Go with the Yfz i think Banshee are only fun for drag and for everything else i think the Yfz is better than any bike in like in trails and Mx

 

Ask any of the yfz guys, they'll tell you that the yfz is the most 2 strokey 4 stroke you can buy. rips and pulls like a banshee, but also hookes up and has all the great ergos of a serious speed machine.

 

Buy the banshee. supply is too low on the 450 and I need one bad (wink wink)

 

i went on a shee in my trail rides and im used to my raptor (obviously lol) and lets just say it was not good...
