i just ordered some +2 a arms to replace the stock off of my 2002 raptor. My question is will i have to buy longer brake lines??? Please help me out.... thanks jeremiah

 

I think that in order to have all the travel and no stress on the lines...then yes, longer lines are in order.

You may get away with the stock lines if you don't tie them to the frame....

Maybe someone with extended raptor arms will help you more than me. My stock banshee lines just would not work, as they are molded. I had to spend the money on a nice set of braided extended lines.

No you do not need to buy new brake lines and yes you can still connect them to the a-arms. If you buy aftermarket shocks with extra long travel then you may be pushing your luck. But if you buy aftermarket shocks with normal travel like Works or Elkas you will be fine.
But for best performance, steele braided brake lines would be best.
