I have no spark on my raptor, I tried a new coil and it still the same, looks like all my wires are good, but maybe I cant see a connection some where? I get a little spark once in a while when I let go of the start button but thats it. Battery is good, motor turns over, new spark plug, what could it be? Help me out guys!!!

 

All is fine now! Stupid orange wire was loose at the CDI, just wiggled it a bit and it snapped back in.

I know what is it when somethings like that happen. On my last ride, we went on trails for 2 days...(250km total). When we stopped at half way to camp for the night... my raptor never restarted...no juice...nothing. Just a strange sound like a fuse was blowed after I pushed the starter button. After a while, we still havent found anything wrong so I begin to freak out a bit.... you see..... my first atv, brand new Raptor, everything was ok before I stopped it and we were in middle of no where in forest. But finally after we checked the wires and fuse, we realized the Positive pole on battery was loose... Woot...relived

yup, those suckers are always loose after a good ride. I just used some blue locktite on them and havent had a problem since.

 

lol same thing happened to me when i fliped it it lost spark *wiggled some wires and its got its spark back*
