Default dial a jet wolverine

Has any one installed one of these on a wolverine? I have a 2003 wolverine with big-gun slip on pro-design air box mod and a stage 1 dyno jet kit. I believe the main jet for my elev. was 155. It seems to be running fine, but I was wondering if the dial a jet would be worth it and maybe fine tune the carb to it's full potential? If anybody has put one of these on there quad especially a wolverine I would appreciate the input and info. Thanks.

I have one on mine. Although my bike has a different carb (yamaha used a warrior style carb in '95 on the wolverine) I would expect you to get similar results.

When added, it was not a Power Changing kind of modification. It was more of a throttle crisping and smooting of circuit changes throughout the rpm range. It does help you fine tune to get that "On the Money" tuning that is so difficult to get with just a jet change.

The ability to make small compensations for temperature or altitude changes is also a plus.

Good Luck and Ride On.

Default dial a jet wolverine

what should me jetting be here in Las Vegas? elevation is about 2200ft and I bought the quad in Salt Lake City and its completely stock, the reason why I ask is that the previous owner had it jetted several thousand feet higher.
Thanks

71stang91, I think the main jet for stock wolverine is #140. I don't know if they come different from dealers in different elevations. Ask one of your local dealers. Anybody else on the dial a jet?

I'm not sure what your stock jetting is supposed to be. I do know the theory is to jet leaner than stock and let the dial A jet compensate. With your exhaust and airbox mod you are already prob'ly lean if you hav'nt gone bigger than stock. Also, unlike regular jetting you CANNOT run without your airbox lid. you have to have air restriction in order for dial a jets to work.
