Does the YFZ have the same timing as the WR450 or is it YZ timing? Also how hard is this to do and how much more performance is there?

It has the same timing as the WR450. You retard it one tooth to get the YZ timing (same as the dirt bike). The cam mod mostly gives you more torque all the way thru the powerband. With maybe a couple more HP at the most.
