I'm not bashing just asking opinions. I personally like the YFZ more.

 

I have a 450r but i still think the yfz looks better, ill admit it. I didnt make my decision based on looks tho. There arent any chicks walking around on the trails that i ride on so it doesnt matter. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

I will agree with the YFZ owners here.... the 450R doesn't look to good but performance wise seems awesome... and this is coming from a Honda owner.

 

I like the plastics and lights on the 450R better than the YFZ,but the YFZ wins in colors with the white and red edition,but the Raptor is king of agressive looks.

i really like the way the YFZ looks over the 450R....looks much more agressive and intimidating.

I think the looks of the YFZ are very agressive and looks great, but after sitting on a yfz, then getting on an R for the first time, i liked the R's looks better. For the people that didnt know, i was about to get a yfz until i read alot of posts and i was deciding between a yfz and a Z400 ( you'd have to understand the type of riding i do), and a 450R, like mentioned is right in between both of those, the trails i will be racing, and the MX track i will also be racing. I didnt want a bike that would beat you to death in the woods and i wanted a bike that could rip up some sweet wheelies as well as a decent mx bike, so the 450R was made for me. And fastbansheekid, i think i like my 300ex better than my banshee [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Thank goodness someone else feels this way. I posted a topic like this in the honda forum after the honda review in atv sport in december. I got chewed up and spit out. The front headlight pod looks almost identical. Otherwise, the only differences are the fact that the honda fenders are rounded and the dvx are choppy.
