Anyone have a guess at what a Raptor motor weighs? I'm shipping it out and, need to know the weight for a shipping Quote.

Also, does anyone know what a new Raptor Motor would cost? I have to insure it and, want to know what it would cost to replace.

The best thing I have found to ship motors in is those plastic containers you can buy at WalMart or your better hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowes that come with the lids. They are very strong and come in several different sizes. I pack foam around the motor and on bottom then I drill several holes through the lid and into the lip of the base and put a bunch of zip ties to make sure the lid is secure. UPS pics these up all the time and never a problem! The best part is you can buy these for around $3.00!
