Rejet, proflow, no lid, slip-on. Problem solved. Raptor is plugged up big time stock. It needs to be opened up then it runs real good.

I just don't understand. I beat a Pure Polaris Piped Predator and other Stock Predators and this one I didn't beat with my Stock Raptor. I also out run all the other predators to. O well, I'm looking at the LTE Duals and I know that no pred will be able to touch me then

Make sure your valves are properly adjusted and your airfilter is clean as well as using quality fuel. Dont use race gas in a stock motor but use a name brand pump gas. Check your spark plug for proper color and make sure your quad rolls freely in neutral. Dragging brakes can cost you alot, make sure yours dont drag. Also check for proper inflation on the tires. There's alot of variables. Is your raptor fully broken in? My Raptor got faster as it got more hours on the motor. Maybe you;re just a lousy drag racer, it takes practice and isnt as easy as it might seem. Do 2nd gear launches at hi rpms and stay in the throttle.

I think the Raptor and Predator are pretty even stock for stock. They also feel about the same top speed with the Predator maybe 2mph faster. That is gearing tho so easily fixed. As for a Stock Raptor being faster than a stock Banshee I have to disagree. I have seen a stock Banshee pass two piped Raptors at top speed. Maybe Raptors from Indiana and Ohio are seriously detuned?

Good advise Mr. 45 auto, I raced a banshee with bill's pipes and a rider about 140 I weigh 165 He beat me three times in a row and then I started out in second, still wheelyed but not as bad, and then I beat him three times in a row.
