I think you should sell that good parts off of that motor,and put you a 03' EFI R6 motor inyour rappy, for what it will cost you to replace your head. JMO.

yea, most all engines the head and cyl. head cover are a matched set because they are line bored together for the cam, so unless your cyl. head cover does not hold your cam in place it would be wise to replace as a mached set. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

what luck I took my bike out on sat. To find out that the head gasket didn't seal properly. But thank god that my girl friend noticed it before we took it out for the break in. I don't know what caused your s**t to break it's sound weird.
