Yes you will beat all of them. The rejett will give you more powetr then the exhuast but you will have a he!! of a sound comming from it.

I just noticed something warrior 68 man US Pennsylvanians love them loud pipes. Prolly beacuade evryone and there brother had a atv around here lol

what size of jet would you recommend running when you goto a new pipe? Whats size is the stock jet? and does anyone know what jet size i should run for a IDS2 Supertrapp 4" race exhaust? Thanks

my aftermarket jets are 147.5 main and 45 pilot (i think...the pilot may be 50..cant remember)


the IDS2 is almost the same pipe as my alba so id suggest the ones i just listed.

lol yes they do...pretty much everyone I live around has either had, has, or has ridden a dirtbike or quad.

for jetting, the easiest way would be to bump it up to a 150 main jet and keep everything else stock....stock jets are 145....the stcok pilots are 50s....so you could change your pilots but i dunno how much it would help.

A cool sound lol


you mighjt feel a diffence but you need a exhuast if you sre planning on doing other mods for more air to me let out and in [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I have a 2004 warrior
the best upgrade I found without getting inside the motor was a stage one dyno jet kit, k&n filter, and a FmF power core 4 exhaust slip on, I weigh 290 and I'm 6"2. This woke this machine up somthing fierce, I like the loud exhaust, it gives it charecter this machine has been clocked at 65mph, with 22 inch hole shots on the front and 20's on the rear

Sounds like something I could do to mine! I reallly don't want to get in to the motor either! How much was the dyno jet kit and the Filter? Thanks
