I just got a brand new 2003 Raptor and with just a GYT-R Exhast with head pipes, a k&n, and Jet Kit I beat him by 5-6 quad lengths... Don't get me wrong but those things are pretty fast!! I love the look of them also!! They just don't have as much get up and go like a raptor and they feel (shifting wise) kind of sluggish like the predaturd... Other than that they are set up pretty good!!

What did the 450r have? how long was the race?

Im just curious..when I had my DS (it had mr.hps endcap, filter and jetted) It was about a 1 a bike ahead of a raptor with your mods except he had a yoshi exhaust and i weighed less then him. I have the HRC kit on my honda and it feels like it pulls alittle harder then my DS did but its hard to tell, its been a while.

 

His has a k&n and an aftermarket exhaust (not sure what though)...
