Does anyone know how to disconnect the reverse gear-engine retarder on the 2004 Raptors??? What a pain in the hind end when trying to back up in the sand!!! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

 

Don't trust me on this, wait for someone who knows to reply, but I think there is a green wire that leads into the CDI box....if you ground that wire I believe the reverse rev limiter will be gone...but so will the reverse light....Again, don't trust me on this but I am sure I remember someone saying something like this.
