I wrote that article and it does work!! Take a heat gun or hair dryer and heat it up... This causes the plastic to heat up and actually reform again and the plastic goes back to the blue color again!!

The hair dryer might not be strong enough.
Heat gun would probably be the best. I used a torch on mine, I just made sure not to burn/melt the plastic!

Try baking it in the oven at about...lemme see... 150 for half an hour until it's tender.. just kidding. It might work... then again it might not.. and whatever happens , don't let the wife or mother catch ya, for the love of God.

hair dryer made it go away for 10mins then it came back, so then i just heated the bottom up with a torch and moved slowly among the big white spots if u do it quick enough it wont melt, then it reduces the spots till its bout 20% visible (can only really notice em if u no there there) hope this anyone else, not my responsibility if u melt ur fenders though

this my ride btw:

(lemme know what ya think)
