What is the difference between a chrome toomey T-5 exhaust and an upainted toomey T-5 exhaust?

Performance difference between chrome aftermarket exhaust and upainted factory looking aftermarket exhaust?
Once again i was just wondering, because i was thinking about getting some T5s from rockymountainatv.com and the chrome ones are like 5 something while the upainted factory look was only like 419.00 what's up with that? Is there any performance gains with chrome plating i wouldn't think so, just looks rights?
