Is this a good price?

it is in fairly good shape. Has some wear and tear, Starts right up every time, no major problems,
According to NADAguides Low retail is $1,085, and Avg is $1,425, and he is giving me $1,200 for it.

That is not a bad price for the trade, more than I thought a dealer would give you. But the new Bruin is selling for $4800 ($1800-1200=$3600)? That my atv friend is what us up here in Minnesota call a rip-off! My local Yamaha dealer sells them things for the very low $4000's. I bought by Big Bear brand new last year and that was only $4395. A 400 Big Bear should be more money than a 350 Bruin.
