Same thing, well worth the money. On a Raptor, you can mount one under the left side of the gas tank and adjust it while you are riding. Check out this pic

I got a Denton and it is like Night and Day!! Works great and didnt think it would make a difference until I rode a friend of mines Raptor with one installed and what a difference.

I have the Denton. I love it. It acts like a shock absorber on your steering system. When you hit a root or a bump, it keeps the bars from wanting to jerk out of you hands. They do increase the stiffness of the steering, though. It takes more muscle to turn the bars. When you are just getting used to it your arms may tire more quickly.
