If the dealer knowingly sold an 11 year old a bike that big, they could be in for a suprise. The kid gets hurt, the dad sues the dealer. When I was 11 and wanted to ride something with four wheels, the old man would point to the lawnmower and tell me to cut the grass.

don't worry about it, there is a kid at the bottom of my road that has all the top stuff. it always had to be the fastest fourwheeler and snowmobile. sure he has big stuff(that was bought with drug money), but he really cant controll them. he gets stuck all the time on his fourwheeler and snowmobile. he always has to walk home and get daddy to pull him out. if i was his dad i would tell him to fu*k off, u got all the stuff u wanted, but you can't get it out, u better learn!!!!
he is a spoiled brat too. i wouldn't let that kid on a blaster

It's the fathers responsibility too take care of his son and should research quads before buying the kid anything....and of course SHOULD buy the kid something that he is capable of riding. If the kid is inexperienced and hurts himself the person responsible SHOULD be the father only...for being an idiot. I could see a big kid that has been riding since age 5 or so on anything at age 11.

While it is true, the safety responsibility should be with the parent, the truth is there is a lawyer just waiting for this case to happen. When they ask did you knowingly sell a vehicle that would be considered dangerous for someone his size and riding ability, they're screwed. The stickers on the quads are a warning only, but when the dealer ignores its own warnings, they're asking for trouble. Ain't saying it's right, just reality.
