Banshee Clutch...

Default Banshee Clutch...

If i fried the clutches in my banshee will it move when its in gear?.. At all or just sit there like its in neutral..Because i put it in gear and normally if clutch is in with it in gear it still moves when u kick it. But it clicks like it goes into gear but wont move, So i dont tihnk its the tranny...

Default Banshee Clutch...

Sounds like the clutch basket fingers are groved.

Default Banshee Clutch...

I've seen em' do just that.Put it in gear in an open place,let out on the clutch and shift through all the gears.If the clutch is burnt it will go through all the gears and won't move at all.

Default Banshee Clutch...

Well does it half to be running to go through all the gears?.. When its not running it jsut goes into 1st neutral and 2nd.. But stops at 2nd.

When it stops in second make sure you give it a good shove or rock then try and continue on through the gears

Default Banshee Clutch...

Put the front tires against something solid that WILL NOT give.Crank it up and go through all the gears just like you would if you were riding it.If the wheels don't ever turn,you have a burnt clutch.Don't do this with the back end on a jack stand because there is no pressure on the clutch and it might hook up.If your clutch is good it'll spin the tires or it will die.
