I have a 12:1 JE piston (686) and a stage II hot cam, porting ect... My question to you guys is do I need to do any Fly cutting of the piston to Install a Sparks High Rev (MegaCycle X4) cam? I know I'll have to check clearence but Just a little past exsperience is all I'm looking for. I have the head off now but done really want to tear it down any farther right now. To do any work to the piston. Let me know what you have seen it the past.

Do those cams make that much more power than the Stage 2? I hear they work best in the higher RPM's and that to get the most out of them you have to get a new CDI. How do they compair if both have a stock CDI?
