The day after i got my warrior i went to show it to my friend... I was so proud.... well there was a bunch of monkeys there and one
of them also WAS a pretty good friend... and he asked so i said do you know how.. hes like sure i ride dirt bikes .. i was like its not the
same on pavemnt... hes like... ok... i told him take it slow.. so he gets on goes around the corner... the next thing i knew.. he came flying
around ... tried to turn... didnt ... hit a curb... flew off.. ran himself over.... pretty sick.... well at first i checked him to see if he was ok
the moment he said yes i kicked his ..... he told me he would by new rims and tires.. until he found out.. he has only talked to me once since then.. its been about... 8 months...
so now the answer is strictly NO!! even if its just a weak ... warrior

1)depends who's asking. I offer it to some that I know will respect it, take it easy, and be responsible for whatever happens. Others that I know are irresponsible I don't allow. It is safer to say NO, because there will come a time when some moron screws it up. My father-outlaw says it's like lending out your wife... something you don't do.
2) the biggest problem for me is I have 3 kids quads and people, friends and family almost expect us to let their screaming, whining kids not only use it, but have equal turns.Plus one of my kids has a dirtbike too, so he can't ride both, so it's expected that will be available for others to use while he rides his quad, and vice-versa. This really burns me.
a)I bought them for my kids to use, not yours.
b)young kids don't have a clue what they're doing. They panic easy and are most prone to wreck and destroy without a care. Parents can be just as stupid afterwards (gee, where did the kids learn not to care?).
c)when they seriously injure themselves, YOU'RE exposed to a lawsuit.
d)maintenance, repairs and upkeep are all done by me at a significant cost with no $$ from the freeloaders, or time offered to do the work
e)if they really want one, hunt around like i did and spend hours fixing and cleaning it up. They all save their $$ for their trips or other past times; all my spare time & $$ goes into the quads.
I should be blunt and say f... off!! That's mean, but unless you've seen what it's like being one of the few or only families with kids quads, you've got no idea.
AND I don't ask to borrow, out of respect.

I have never been one to le people drive my quad !!! now that i have a dirtbike, i let EVEN LESS people even sit on it, just because its so much easyer to lay down, and lose control,
and if they lost control, then i would lose control on them! haha

well it all depends on who ask to ride my quads, if its a little punk kid i dont know, i'll say no, but most of my riding buddies have quads, and have great jobs, very responsible and are not kids, so maybe its a little different depending your situation, but all you guys have your reason on saying yes or no, and you're not wrong, yes its hard to loose friendship over something silly like this, so its better to say no....lets remain friends, then again..what kind of friend will tell a friend no....its a tough dession..

Me and my friends will trade off everynow and then, but I don't let anyone I don't know well ride my stuff.......Go be a bum elsewhere!!!
I also hate when a friend's friend asks to ride something...Like "hey, I can ride a crotch rocket" and I say "Well, you can't ride that one". I also let my friend borrow my bike, but his new pick-up stays in the drive way, and someday I will have that new truck while he gets a wrecked (or what have you) sportbike.

The group I ride with is always switching quads. Check each others out to see if it feels right. Now, if you don't have a quad, I usually get my floor jack out of my truck and ask for a tire off your car/truck for deposit. Got some strange looks, but when I'm sure my bike's ok, you'll get your parts back. Never have had to take a tire yet, they just decide not to ride.
