I checked the Bonneville salt Flats records. They dont even have a quad class. Also did a search on guiness book of world records. They dont have any speeds for quads, just the longest jump recorded.

To make a record for Guiness, you have to make two passes within 4% of each other to qualify as a world record, then they take the average.
