Bob : I did what you said and the grooves where the clutch slides in & out was filled with dirt, i think the problem was solved, but i won't know for sure until tomorrow when i put it back together. But i do have one question, i did not take off the nut that holds on the clutch do i have to do that to re-grease it, or do i just put grease in and around the grooves that the clutch slides in & out on ? If you e-mail me with your phone # i would call you tomorrow between 10am & noon, my e-mail address is dalureman@adelphia.net. I can't thank you enough for you input i am sure it will work.
PS If i need to take the clutch off to re-grease it i will have to know how to jam up the pullys to take off the nut and in witch direction to remove the nut is it a reverse thread. I would much prefer to talk to you.
Sincerely, Tom
