I have one of the very first 01 Raptors (S/N 133) and noticed the top left tube of the frame is cracked all the way through. Has anyone else had this problem ? If so how did you fix it ? Also is there a gusset kit out there for the Raptor, if so who makes it ? Any other ideas ?

 

My buddy just took his bike apart in pieces and took it down to a local welding shop that applied small reinforcements (Gussetts) along all the weak corners and fittings of his frame. I believe if you know of a good welder they would know exactly what to do.
