how could it take off your hand then hit you in the chest? or did it take off his hand then he was trying to keep pressure on it by holding it on his chest?

 

i dont see how the piston could lift the head and some how get infront of it to hit him. Most likely the crank broke and the piston shot out and the inertia made the head go into the tank.

Now you know why top fuelers and blown cars are required to run blast straps on their motors

I watched frame by frame, you cant make it much bigger, wth quality is not the best. It appears that he loses his hand, but he does not. It looks like the rod piston. Man thats scary.

You can import the file into windows movie maker and then go frame by frame. Other programs that I don't have might do slow motion. It looks like the piston and part of the crank to me now. Not sure it ever hit him though. The blast just kinda scared the shizzle out of him.
