just been out riding the shee for about 2 hours straight,jumping,riding flat out in 6 gear really hurting it i had to stop there was a funny noise coming from the head like a pinging sound do u think i have done a piston how hard can you ride these babies ,do i need to let it cool down every hour or is it ok to keep on thrashing around what do other shee riders do............

 

i beat the ba!!s off mine all the time. Is yours stock though?

as far as i know, they could take a lick............good bikes, maybe its time to do a overhaul..............

 

If your jetting is right you can go full throttle till your hand gets tired

well it is a yamaha and has bad reliability so smack a honda decal on and your ready to go lol

 

...those of us who happen to be mechanically inclined and like to ride real hard, real fast don't buy four wheelers for reliability, we buy them for their sheer ability to perform.

 

amen,i'm sick an tired of all these wusses who say yeah but yammies are unreliable
and oh yea i only change my oil once a year i have no clue why i rebuild so often,
whats a grease zerk? DUH!
