i live in ny and am going to buy a yamaha yfz 450 (white and red) from pa. Anyways, i was going to buy the quad from pa so that i don't have to pay sales tax. I was going to use the yamaha financing deal but i heard that if you do, than i would have to pay that states sale tax. Can anyone varify this information? Also i was woundering what kind of fee's there are, and how much they would cost?

 

Let me help you with something. Legally, you have to pay the sales tax on any out of state purchase if you do not pay that states sales tax. What you are planning to do is a violation of federal and state tax laws.
