Default good deal or scam???

first i saw a limited addition raptor on ebay. i sent the guy an e-mail and he said he would take it off for 4,500. (the guy lives in paris france) then i got an e mail from a guy that lives in london with a delership and he saiod he would go 3000 for a regular raptor. i noticed when they both send me e mails they both start with " dear sir," also i tryed calling one and it was a weird 13 digit phone # and it wouldnt go through. now they both at the same time asked for a yahoo screen name? the one guy sent t e mail from dirrent and the other guy used the normal. i guess i will have to talk to on in a im or phone but they said that shipping would be free and that the limited addition was 2,500 and the regular was 3000

Do you seriously think they will ship you a new raptor from europe for $2500? He didn't even have a real phone #. I'd be pretty sure this is a scam.
