Ok I have a fullSparks x6 exhaust, snorkle flaps trimmed, air box lid ON w 2-2" holes in the lid, pro flow w K&N...run 500 ft to 1300ft roughly..using gytr jet kit...jetted 160/165...2 3/4 and 3 on air screws...needles on middle clip with 25 pilots..when idling if the bike isnt really warmed up when trying to blip the throttle it has a crazy stutter, bogging..then drags past stutter and then its fine..is this normal bc it needs to be really warmed up...also at first i had my air mixture screws at 2 1/2 and 2 3/4, but while idling once again it would backfire if i really reved it up a few times in a row...thats why i went to 2 3/4 and 3...i did the float mod..and there set at 3mm above mating surface, and i also did the trimming mod on my floats bc they werent flowing properly...thanks

A lean condition improves as the bike warms up. Backfiring is also a sign of a lean condition. You should be at least 3 turns each on the "fuel" screws. Also, what clip position are you on?
Upon acceleration, a lean condition will cause a hesitation during that particular throttle range. When you feel the hesitation, hold it there a little to experience it, then open up the throttle & if it clears up, it was lean. Then, rejet that throttle range.
A rich condition causes a hesitation with a hard stumble(feels like it just ran out of gas as you are leaning over the front end waiting for it to recover). Power will be soft, sound will be deep blubbering, etc etc. At night, too rich down low can be seen when you rev the throttle & little fire flies appear on your exhaust pipes, its unspent gas hitting the header. Also, when you shut off the ignition, unburnt fuel may cause an exhaust fart a sec or two later.
