True yzf-450, next year?

Does any one know one yamaha is coming out with the bigger bore yfz-450. I heard it was coming out next year.

Nobody knows if they will ever come out with a true 450. The 2005 model will be out around july.

i highly doubt there gonna change the displacement, but they will likely make a kit just to make some $$$

You know, i actully read it in a atv magazine that they were going to bumb up th discplacement to a true 450.

It would be a smart move, but usually they tend not to make such a huge change in only the second year. I think it will defently happen, just not for a few years yet.

I think it'll probably happen, but not for the next model year. Maybe not until model year 06 or 07
