Went to a Quad Rally today.....
#1
Just when I thought I saw it all.
There was a guy with a honda 500 or 400, not to sure, but he had 8 tires on his quad!!(4 front, 4 rear) A dualy quad if you could imagine that! It went pretty good through the wet stuff, but there are places he wouldnt ge able to go cause he was too wide. I couldnt imagine having to steer that thing.
Also there was someone who had NOS running through his Rincon 650! I know sport quad enthusiasts have done this, but didnt know utility drivers would do this!
It was in Marie Lake/May Lake Alberta.
Did anyone else go there today?

I was at the same rally that was a retarted set up. (May Lake Rally). What an awesome rally lots of mud if you into that. Did you see that artic cat with the track system there? It didn't even make it half way before the track fell off. It seemed to work good in the skeg up until then. Did you come home with a new quad again??

The difference between getting winched out or blasting out of a hole could be the extra power that was gained by using nitrous. Until you start riding utility qauds I would suggest that you do a little homework on the advantages of the extra power. It is better to be thought as a fool than voice an uneducated opinion and remove all doubt .
