it kinda depends on what type of riding you are into, ex. speed get the pipe rock crawling get the skids
I knoe the motor responds well to mods just like the raptor but you could probably get a clutch kit as well.

CV boot guards and then skid plates. The stock guards are not enough to protect the boots and the skid plates are useless in the woods.

I would say off set rims and bigger tires first. The stock tires are too soft. I had 27" ITP 589 m/s on c-series wheels and it handled great. The Grizzly has plenty of power to turn them but I got an HMF exhaust and a k&n for it. Gave it a really nice boost. I would try to stay away from a lift if you can because the axles are already on enough of an angle. Putting them on more of an angle is just asking for trouble. What type of riding do you do?

tires then a pipe and k&n. if you do a lot of rock crawling and woods riding and such you should also get the skid plates soon.

the first thing anyone needs to do to a grizzly is build a snorkle for the belt exhaust to reroute it to the front of the bike where the intake is. I have parts list pictures and instruction's to build this. the next thing flip the rear axel spindles you will get 3/4 to an inch more ground clearance, but you cant do this with stock wheels unless you make your self a 1/4'' Spacer for the rear wheels.

The reason for the exhaust reroute is to keep water from entering the belt while in deep water, as soon as this happens to you will need to repack the clutch with greese. this will cost you 100.00 for a yamaha dealer to do. If you are mech. inclined you can do it yourself for the cost of a tube of lithium greese about 2.00 and a can carb cleaner 1.00
