Thanks for all the help, I pulled the guard off and the sprocket is very worn. I was worried about the cost of the tranny after only riding it for about hour after buying it. It seems like a easy project to replace it . I just got back into riding, I had a Polaris Trailboss but only rode it a few times and that was the first time in about 15 yrs when I was a teenager and had a old Honda 3 wheeler.
