Grizzly Stuck in Locked 4x4
Goblin,
We have had this problem with both grizzlies we have owned. The problem usually stems from blowing the fuse that runs to the servo motor used to disengage the front differential. The fuse is located under the seat. Check your owner's manual for exact position to ensure you are checking the right fuse. We also had a problem with the servo going completely out on one of the grizzlies. The contact points in the servo with engage/disengage the differential are less than sufficient. We managed to modify the contact points to ensure they would work properly. However, unless you are a very experienced mechanic, I would not recommend disassembling the servo. There are a lot of very small parts which can permanently damage the servo if they were not put together properly.
Check your fuse and let us know what you find.
