is this a fair price $900 to bore, new wiesco pistons,new rods,true weld crank,and have new bearings pressed on crank and reassembled.

 

Think of it this way. A brand new crank (wiseco hotrod) cost 500. Then you would spend 200 on top end rebuild, about 60 on gaskets and seals, and about 80 on bearings, and misc shipping charges. That would equal 900 also except you would have an all new crankshaft and could even pick a longrod setup for a bit more if you wanted. Difference is you would have to do all the labor yourself.
