Duke's right.............Clean the carb, try 50/1. Obvious next step. Did you remove the carb, disassemble it, soak it, clean it, then assemble it correctly? You can beat around the bush forever, until you completely clean the carb, then run a 50/1, you'll be chasing your tail.. Process of elimination, eliminate the obvious causes first, work from there. The 30/1 mixture very likely gummed up the carb gradually, thus taking 3/4 of a tank before the symptoms showed up.

i have ran 32:1 in it for a loooooong time with no problems. it has nothing to do with the oil, or the gas.

i would check to make sure you have your idle screw, but i would have some mechanics put your 240 kit in and then when you get it back you can blame it on them if its not fixed unless your putting it in yourself or they might even fix it.

Default fouled a plug?

OK, here is what I have done...
Completly cleaned the carb, jets, and everything else inside,
Took off exhaust and cleaned inside to remove any buildup,
Cleaned/Oiled air filter,
Removed/changed spark plug,
Changed gas/oil back to the original ratio that I have used for 2 years without a problem.

Here is what I found...
Inside the pipe there seemed to be alot of oil built up where the pipe meets the cylinder. There was alot of oil to the point where it was dripping out.
The bike will only idle with choke on, and even then it is not a "clean" idle
When reved up it smokes like crazy and when put in gear it will not rev up past idle.
Spark plug is WHITE
Pop/knock during idle (with choke on)

This is what I think.....
Maybe somthing internally is broken and is allowing oil to come in from the crankcase (seal?) which is causing the smoke.
Vacumn leak, The air is getting in causing a lean mixture but is still smoking due to the oil build up from the previous mix ratio.

ANYONE got any ideas? I don't really want to take it to the dealer, it will cost me a arm and a leg.
