I will be getting a new quad in about 12 says. which one? i already have a banshee. i have been leaning torwards the raptor because its a nicer ride. i will order a +4 swingarm, +2+1 a-arms, and a +4 axle.and some other goodies. i ride in glamis and pismo. mostly glamis. i will ride some trails, really rocky trails. so need your help oh yeah im 5"7 im only 12. dont bash me please

 

well i would say yfz but with those mods that would be one wide @$$ raptor, well ull need mods to keep up with yfzs in the dunes a stock will go through almost anything you throw at it but im not much into dunes....actually go with the yfz, your only 12 and i dont think ud be able to handle either of these quads but the yfz is easier to throw around

 

think the raptor would be harder to control, and will cost more money to mod....have fun with your new purchase

I know im 12 but im not a little scroony 100 pound 12 year old. i weigh 135 and i bench 100 pounds a day no thats not all added up. my dads buddy has a raptor and he will let me test drive next time im at his house. well i throw my banshee aroung i know its lighter but i thro it around hard. thanks everyone

For your size, I would think the ergos on the YFZ would fit you better than the raptor and its quite a bit lighter to throw around. JMO

 

have you thought about a 450r? They are pretty comfortable for the trails and not as big as the raptor.

 

i have thought of them but their ugly. i ride dunes more than trails. the kickstarter is hard i heard.
