Alright my warrior leaks oil from around the stator cover.THere is a gasket there but it still leaks.I was wondering is there supposed to be some kind of seal where the stator wire comes out???Also MY warrior shifts fine when it is running but it won't go into nuetral and U can't get it out of reverse. My dad said it is the clutch dragging but I have adjusted the cable many times to no avial. Also IT has a very annoying bogging when U jump on it.like it falls on it face. What's wrong.I have read this is a prob with lots of warriors.

Look very closly around the stator cover, there may be a small crack around one of the bolt holes. I had one that cracked on my 97, so i bought a new one approx 170.00 cdn. As for the neutral problem, i find when i use a thicker oil it is harder to find neutral. I usually run 10w-30 oil unless the temps get higher. Every once in a while i cannot pull my warrior out of reverse, so I just shut it off and switch it out. It is a pain sometimes but i live with it. I guess that is what you get for old technology.

First of all the bogging is in the carb.it very comen for it to do that if you ride it hard. I switch to an affter market carb and it solved the problem. As for reverse the best thing to do is let out the clutch a little when taking it out of reverse. once you learn how to do it its natural to do it and for neutral i can't say much i can never find it except when its off or when i realy realy don't need it to be in neutral.

Your stock pilot jet is a 42.5. Many have solved the stumbling off of idle with a size larger pilot jet
