Banshee vs pred aint fair really [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Four strokes only count for half their displacement when your comparing them to two strokes. Seing as they waste two whole strokes.

Maybe people will keep that in mind before they buy a four stroke. J/K. I love four strokes, two strokes just make more power. Lots of people say you can be faster on a four stroke through the woods but if you can finess a two-stroke you can be just as fast. I don't own a raptor myself but when I lived in MO I had two friends who went out the same day and one bought a raptor and the other bought a predator. When they raced that afternoon the raptor won everytime even when the swaped bikes.

 

A stock shee didn't beat a piped,etc pred...hate to tell ya. Don't knock the pred too hard guys, you may be sticking your foot in your mouth in the years to come.

Well look at your sig and refer to my above statement .

 

Only reason fourstrokes are faster throgh the woods is they get bigger motors which generally make more torque. Try a 660cc two stroke in the woods. Now that would be fair. Take away the handicap you give fourstrokes and its no competition.

 

Bradracer, my shee isn't totally stock, just minor mods though. I'm sorry you can't believe what happened but the predator owner was the one who said it to me, not me saying that I won. As a matter of fact, I went into this expecting to get beat, but when he told me, in his exact words that "there was no way I could catch you for take off", I was surpized.

 

I didn't need the 686 to beat down equally mod'd Pred's. I just got the 686 to embarrass them. Besides....if a stock Pred will beat a piped Raptor like most Pred guys like believe...then a piped Pred should walk all over a 686 Raptor.
