The dynojets move up in increments of 2's. Also, the 466/148 setup that sixsixt told you is the recommended start by Dynojet for your setup. You will never have to go down in jets from the recommendation, usually go up if anything. Put the 146/148 in. It's only one step up from where you are now, but better not ride too much until you get it right, or you'll be paying a couple grand to get it fixed again.

Dynojets run in 2's up to 150, and then they go up in increments of 5 at a time. You cannot get a 152 for example. Only 150 then 155 and so on.

I am running dynojets 165 and 170 in a stock motor raptor. My mods are in my signature. If you running smaller jets than that on a built motor, you will be way lean. I am at 5000 ft and the bike was jetted on a dyno.

That wasn't me, here's what I posted. I would take Wshrdskin advise he has about the same set up with a DJ kit.

I would try at least that size jets or 150/155 and 25 pilots even at 4000'. Raptors seem to make better power a little rich rather then a little lean and it's better for your engine.

Is therte a jetting tutorial somewhere onthe net for people like me who need to understand it better? Like what it all means and how to do it? I dont mean to sound lame But seeing all these numbers confuses the hell out of me. And I hear alot about having piston damage, powerloss etc. by running the wrong sizes. Do I change them EVERY time I do a mod? I guess the only way to do it right is By keep changing them till it all comes together. But I dont even know what signs to look for. Bad Plugs, Backfiring, Popping.. All greek to me.. who can help?

heh...go by the spark plug color...usually a good tan color, and you should be just about spot on.
But i myself would like to find a good page that explains jetting....as i am jetting out my z400...raptor seemed to be no prob...but this is.
