Sorry but your slightly wrong about banshee's being unheard in 2 years. The LT500 is still heard of and still kicking ***. The 250R is still running and still kicking ***. Figure the math those were only made 4 - 6 years, the banshee was made since 87 that is a hell of a lot of banshee's. Sorry they will still be around and getting bigger and sicker. Trinity has a 610 kit posted on there site.

You can count me in Roosthrower!!!

If Honda were to re-pop the 89 250R and build 15,000 copys and dump them on the dealers, how many would they have left at the end of the week?

I'd prolly grab 2

Im sorry, nah not really, but i must say you are sadly mistaken. See me, I love banshees, just for the fact of how fast you can make them. I will never get one, its too late for me to get one for the fact that i am wiser then you who have just recently bought one. We ALL know that you are doing nothing more then digging yourself a grave. You may say ohh yah sure we will still be around, and badder then ever...blah blah blah........get it outta here...whether you think you will be around or not, you wont have a choice, because the 2strokes will be banned within a few years, if not way sooner. So say wtf ever u please, i will no longer be a part of this thread...it is become way outta hand, and is doing nothing more then working its way from being removed...

lol lets just put it this way..

I COULD have taken the 7 grand that I bought my YFZ with, and bough a rusted banshee chasis with a blown motor in it. bought some piece of crap excuse for an engine, threw in a turbo, bored, jetted, installed toomeys, and gotten a monster paint job..I could have ridden in a straight line goin about 100 mph for about 1/2 mile before I had to re-fuel until I remembered that primitive two stroke motors are exactly that...primitive...Lol the funny thing is, I love how you talk about the 'indy car' sound that comes out of those big ***, burn your leg off toomeys...it sounds more like my electric toothbrush than an indy car lol...In this thread I also saw somebody comparing the technology of the "classic" 2-strokes with that of an old v-8 american muscle car...whoever posted that forgot one thing...that big v-8 is all 4-stroke

Hey YFZ blue,

Click my camera. Just picked up my 88 before memorial day.

Less cash invested than a new thumper and twice the quad right off the get.

Nothing will change my mind that a thumper is superior to a 2-stroke, sorry.

Actually,

That 250R kicks *** ive seen it several times, and have nothing agains the 250R, mostly because it handles. I would have to say that the 250R is a great bike...I'd ride that through the woods, or on the track anyday..
