Actually I've seen one Geo Metro in SLC that I'd claim as mine. It was a nasty green color with a huge decal on the back that said, " Please don't honk at me, I'm pedaling as fast as I can!"

It was awesome, and it was some old hippy dude driving it. Frickin funny right there!

 

today my banshee hit 100 mph course i feel obliged to tell you it was in the back of the truck going down the interstate [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. and to the clown who thinks he hit 100+ on a 300 ft track dude turn in your login and password you dont need to be on this site. im a die hard drag racer i do 1/8 mile asphalt track my all time best is 8.8 secs at 73.8 mph and thats kinda on the slow side but like you my shee is set up for trails with a few things for helping on the drag strip it takes a bussa all she has to climb out of the 100+ mph zone in a 1/8 mile so you saying you did it in 300 feet go smoke another one bro your a typical waste of space

my atc is slow but my friend P.Moore had 2 fast quads. one was a 350x atc. it was maxed out with modifications. the motor mounts kept breaking b/c of all the power so he sold it. he put it on a dyno and it topped out at around 115 mph. the other quad was a 400ex. they called it Mod b/c of its modifications. he put about 5 grand into it. he put that on the dyno and it topped out around 130 mph. he sold Mod for a little over 12 grand.

 

Why am i having trouble believing that ? ..... Yeah anyways i doubt you could get a 400ex to go that fast ( you would be lucky to break 80 )

 

Like my brothers neighbor. After telling him my DS went somewhere in the 70's, he told us how his cousins new V-force went 120 mph "out of the box". He brought the new 700 down, needless to say after 4 races that 120 mph claim was looking pretty silly.

 

the 400 had mods. i never drove them, they werent mine so i dont know that much about them. him and his dad both told me that so i think its true. ive seen both of them drive but i couldnt tell how fast they were going b/c we were trial riding and there was hills and trees everywhere. im just going by what they said. they also said they had the papers to prove it.

 

120 out the box, yeah right. about how fast is it really?
