Anyone heard much about the suspension changes in '05? I haven't seen any threads on it...what exactly do they mean by it? Is it just a way to say a softer easier ride?

Same suspension, just adjusted differently at the factory.

Are the changes to the suspension just in the adjustments or are they internal changes that the owner can't do?

Hey Bubba, dont wanna go off topic here, but did your polished side covers make your feet hotter? I ask cuz JSYI had his covers polished and said that his feet get hotter now and that it seems the quad is running hotter, any ideas? Thanks!

 

There might of been a slight bit of extra heat but it didn't run any hotter.

Deucerooster: if you thought the 450r was impressive, ride the YFZ it'll amaze you.

 

congrats on ur yfz just watch out for the exhaust on the side it burnt a hole in a pair of my pants, other than that its a sweet machine

 

Picked it up today and rode it for a couple hours!! Man it's an awesome machine! Very different power than a Rappy, thats forsure. I'm very impressed with the stock power, I can't wait to pipe it though! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] The power was similar to a banshee...

I'm still not impressed with the seat, not much better than the '04's at all but it is better, the gripper is a nice addition also.
